a dislocated pelvis!!
Yes folks. I have been walking around with a bum pelvis since Mase was born. For the lucky few that I usually complain to, I'm sure that you are ECSTATIC that I finally went to Dr. Chiropractor. I've never been to one, but I am a believer! You should have heard the pop that happened when he muscled that pelvic bone back into place. The back wasn't pretty and the neck needed a little work. After about a million pops, I'm feeling pretty swell.
As I was leaving he said, your back will feel like you've been in a minor car accident for a few days". I'm thinking, as opposed to feeling like a train is running over me :)
I'm a happy camper. A couple follow ups and I should be good to go. Mase should be proud of himself. Even though he was the runt, he did mama the most damage :)

I was thinking that very same thing. You have all these enormous babies, then the tiny one comes out and gives you an extra kick on the way and puts you into agony....silly boy!
ReplyDeleteOH my goodness! That is just awful!!! I didn't think having a baby could dislocate your pelvis! Learn something new every day! Glad you are doing better now!
ReplyDeleteJust got caught up on all your latest happenings. First of all, so glad your pelvis is back where it should be! loved the costumes too. And I've been there...getting used to 4. It does get easier...although getting everywhere on time is still a work in progress. Mason is so adorable. Sure love you!
ReplyDeleteRachel, I swear I broke my tail bone with Scott and Caroline. Maybe my pelvis is in my bum too. To this day I still can't sit very long. The lady that does my hair is finally comfortable with me standing half the time she's weaving. Also, wooden barstools ARE NOT my friend!!
ReplyDeleteMy dumb OB tried to convince me to go to physical therapy...yeah right! That would be a luxuary I don't have time for. I've asked so many people out here if they know a good Chiro and nobody I know has been to one. I'm thinking the next time I'm in Utah I'll get the name of the one you went to.
I've been catching up on the blogs. I can't believe how big your kids are and how dang cute Mason is. I can't wait to meet him!!!
